More Corruption in Colorado’s First Judicial District:
On October 4, 2015, I filed in my family law case in Jefferson County Colorado a motion to modify parental responsibilities – along with a 280-page exhibit book – seeking court-ordered restoration of contact with my last-remaining minor child (my only daughter), court-ordered parenting time over Thanksgiving and Christmas, an order requiring my ex-wife (Jane Doe) to pay for parental alienation reunification therapy, sole custody and sole decision-making, and other orders.
Following in the footsteps of their predecessors, the assigned magistrate and judge “fixed” the case against me in every way imaginable. In spite of my repeated calls, Thanksgiving and Christmas came and went without issuance of the parenting time orders, or contact order, or any care whatsoever for the fact that I haven’t seen any of my 5 kids since May 2007 and haven’t talked to any of my kids since August 2008.
And to top it all off, the judge recently scheduled the hearing on May 17, after my daughter turns 18 in April, 7.5 months after I filed the motion, and 5.5 months after he was required by law to review and resolve the matters therein.
So, what am I going to do about it? I’m going to sue them and press charges against them right along with Jane. And I’ll post my actions on this page, so you can follow along or use my court documents as models for your own.
