Founder’s Cases – Federal

Due to Corruption in Colorado’s First Judicial District:

On June 17, 2016, I filed the first three of several federal lawsuits in the United States District Court for the District of Colorado, against my ex-wife, the judges who fixed my recent family law case against me, and the officials who looked the other way.

06-16-16   MASTER VERIFIED COMPLAINT – Seeking declaratory relief, preliminary and prospective money damages during my family’s federal actions, and final money damages after all subsequent complaints have been resolved.

06-16-16   FIRST VERIFIED COMPLAINT – Seeking money damages and prospective damages for injuries suffered from October 5, 2015, when I filed my “motion to modify custody,” until May 17, 2016, when the hearing was finally held.

06-16-16   SECOND VERIFIED COMPLAINT – Seeking money damages and prospective damages for injuries suffered on and since May 17, 2016, until my family is reunited and my 5 kids and I are treated and released from parental alienation reunification therapy.

07-22-16   THIRD VERIFIED COMPLAINT – Seeking money damages and prospective damages for injuries suffered as a result of the frauds upon the court regarding domestic violence to influence Permanent Orders during my ex-wife’s divorce, and the deprivations of our rights since to have the divorce orders set aside.
