Under Construction …

Colorado’s Racketeers
My ex-wife’s gold-digger divorce took place in 2005/2006 in Jefferson County, Colorado, which is in Colorado’s First Judicial District, where nearly every court case is “fixed” for profit.
Under the leadership of former chief judge R. BROOKE JACKSON, who is now a federal judge, the next chief judge STEPHEN M. MUNSINGER, who was the divorce judge who ruined my family, and current chief judge PHILIP JAMES MCNULTY, who is presently orchestrating the “case fixing crime spree” against my family, tens-of-thousands of cases have been “fixed” for extra profits and federal funding.
Thousands of noncustodial parents have had their parenting time purposely lowered to jack up their child support orders, and then are blocked from modifying their child support orders even if they’ve lost their jobs. Thousands of criminal defendants have been over-charged, over-fined, over-sentenced, over-incarcerated, over-‘treated’, over-paroled, and otherwise ripped off in the criminal justice system.
Tens-of-millions of dollars have been extorted from unsuspecting Coloradans and tens-of-millions of dollars have been stolen from American taxpayers.
To expose the corruption in Colorado, we are launching an investigation in Colorado’s First Judicial District, and seek information, eye-witness accounts, and even hearsay accounts (what you’ve heard from others) from the People of Jefferson and Gilpin counties to start.
If you or a loved one have ever been denied modification of child support, denied counsel in a criminal matter, held in jail without bail, falsely accused by CPS, or otherwise abused “under color of” family law, probate law, or the criminal justice system, or have been victimized by any of the following “case fixing criminals” in Jefferson County, please email us at contact@prosealliance.org.
Chief Judge PHILIP JAMES MCNULTY
Judge CHRISTOPHER CLAYTON ZENISEK
Magistrate JAMIN M. ALABISO
County Attorney MARGARET A. DAVIS
We also seek volunteers! So please fill out the form at the bottom of this page if you can help with the investigation in any way, or discovery, service of process, drafting court documents, filing, mailing, or any other function as we bring the “case fixers” to justice.

I am seeking information, eye-witness accounts, and even hearsay accounts (what you’ve heard from others), regarding the government’s abuse of my family since 2005, both in Colorado and in Minnesota, and regarding the abuse of my children, mainly in Evergreen Colorado, by my ex-wife and many others, including the “Child and Family Investigator” in our divorce, Girl Scout personnel, Stinger’s Soccer Club personnel, Christ the King Catholic Church personnel, Jeffco Public School teachers and principals and counselors, Jeffco-Sheriff and CPS personnel, and others named above.
If you have any information regarding the crimes against my family in either state, or if you are a victim of injustice in Colorado’s First Judicial District, please fill out the form below. Thank you.
Generous REWARDS will be paid from jury awards
for ANY information used in my family’s lawsuits.
COLORADO WITNESSES:
Please fill out and submit the brief form below. The information you provide will be safeguarded and held confidential by Pro Se Alliance. None of your information, including your name, will be publicized or shared with any third party without your express written consent.

THANK YOU!
With your help, my family will be reunited soon!
A FINAL NOTE:
One of the missions of Pro Se Alliance will be to educate non-attorneys in how to represent themselves in court. We will be showcasing my family’s cases to teach our members how to build a case from the ground up.
Because of the enormity of the task of self-representation, very few will be able to go about it on their own. We will need help with discovery, research, trial preparation, and so on.
For my family’s cases, I am looking for experienced pro se litigants, moonlighting paralegals, armchair legal eagles, or anyone able or interested in learning how to:
- draft legal documents;
- mail and file court documents;
- serve documents;
- do discovery;
- do legal research;
- prepare trial exhibits;
- prepare trial strategy;
- be one of my “counselors”;
- appeal.
Most of the help we need can be done electronically from anywhere in the United States. At hearings and trials, I would like to have my counselors present to help me with exhibits and other tasks in the courtrooms (we will have cases in Golden and Denver, Colorado, in Le Center, St. Peter, Minneapolis, and St. Paul, Minnesota, and in Washington D.C.).
I cannot pay you for your help or promise success in my family’s cases, but I can tell you that I am a very generous person and I can do whatever I wish with my portion of the settlements and jury awards, and I believe my children will do the same. Please let me know in the form below if you would like to work on my family’s cases.
I am also seeking volunteers to perform the above services in Pro Se Alliance’s future cases. We will be requesting “Pro Se Counselor’s Fees and Costs” in all our lawsuits just like any attorney. Here again, volunteer as if there are no guarantees, but if we receive compensation, everyone who worked on the case will be paid for their time and reimbursed for their expenses. Please let us know in the form below if you would like to work on PSA’s cases.
I am also seeking directors for Pro Se Alliance and THE PEOPLE’S BRANCH, which will be set up at the same time and will likely be headquartered in Jefferson County, Colorado.
If you can help with my family’s cases or PSA’s cases or would like to be a part of the founding or management of either nonprofit, please fill out the form below.

Thank you!
If you are a victim of injustice, register in the Nationwide Investigation at THE PEOPLE’S BRANCH.
If you want to learn how to represent yourself, better protect your family from the criminals in our government, unplug from the Deep State’s satanic matrix, or just want to support our cause, become a member of Pro Se Alliance and/or donate here.
Your support of our Mission in any way is greatly appreciated. Thank you!
