Under Construction …

Minnesota’s Racketeers

Thank you for visiting. Minnesota’s First Judicial District — comprising the counties of Carver, Dakota, Goodhue, Le Sueur, McLeod, Scott and Sibley — is a cesspool of corruption.

Lynch-1Under the leadership of former Chief Judge Edward I. Lynch and current Chief Judge Conkel-1Terrence E. Conkel, tens-of-thousands of cases have been “fixed” for extra profits and federal funding.

Thousands of noncustodial parents have had their parenting time purposely lowered to jack up their child support orders, and then are blocked from modifying their child support orders even if they’ve lost their jobs. Thousands of criminal defendants have been over-charged, over-fined, over-sentenced, over-incarcerated, over-‘treated’, over-paroled, and otherwise ripped off in the criminal justice system.

Tens-of-millions of dollars have been extorted from unsuspecting Minnesotans and tens-of-millions of dollars have been stolen from American taxpayers.

My name is John Hentges and I am the founder of Pro Se Alliance. My five children and I are victims of one of the most egregious injustices in the history of the United States, which started in Colorado and then followed me here to Minnesota, where I discovered that some of the highest authorities in both states are involved in the “case fixing” and racketeering.

As a result of the crime spree against my family, my kids and I have not seen each other for over 8.5 years and have been cutoff from all communications with each other for over 7 years. For a summary of my family’s ordeal, please read the Introduction and Statement of the Case sections of our “Master Civil Complaint.”

Because none of the defendants answered our master complaint, there will be numerous subsequent lawsuits seeking jury awards for a portion of the record-setting overall damages. Our first subsequent lawsuit – which was filed in Minnesota against my ex-wife and a Colorado Child Support Office for their frauds upon the courts and other crimes in Minnesota – can be read here.

I am seeking information regarding the government’s abuse of my family over the past 10 years, both in Colorado and in Minnesota. If you have any information regarding the crimes against my family in either state, please go here and fill out the form at the bottom of the page. Thank you.

Generous REWARDS will be paid from jury awards
for ANY information used in my family’s lawsuits.

To expose the corruption in Minnesota, Pro Se Alliance is launching a massive investigation and will be suing the offices and officials involved.

Because I have firsthand knowledge  and evidence of the “case fixing” in Minnesota’s First Judicial District, we will begin our investigation in this district, and the first lawsuit will be filed against this district in early-2016.

We seek information, eye-witness accounts, and even hearsay accounts (what you’ve heard from others) from the citizens of Carver, Dakota, Goodhue, Le Sueur, McLeod, Scott and Sibley counties. If you or a loved one has ever been denied modification of child support, denied counsel in a criminal matter, held in jail without bail, or otherwise abused in family law or the criminal justice system, or has been victimized by any of the suspected criminals listed below, please fill out the Minnesota Witnesses form below.

We also seek volunteers! If you can help with the investigation in any way, or discovery, service of process, drafting court documents, filing, mailing, or any other function as we bring the “case fixers” to justice, please fill out the form at the bottom of this page.

THANK YOU!
With your help, the corrupt will be ousted from office and hopefully arrested soon!

A FINAL NOTE:

One of the missions of Pro Se Alliance will be to educate non-attorneys in how to represent themselves in court. We will be showcasing my family’s cases to teach our members how to build a case from the ground up.

Because of the enormity of the task of self-representation, very few will be able to go about it on their own. We will need help with discovery, research, trial preparation, and so on.

For my family’s cases, I am looking for experienced pro se litigants, moonlighting paralegals, armchair legal eagles, or anyone able or interested in learning how to:

  • draft legal documents;
  • mail and file court documents;
  • serve documents;
  • do discovery;
  • do legal research;
  • prepare trial exhibits;
  • prepare trial strategy;
  • be one of my “counselors”;
  • appeal.

Most of the help we need can be done electronically from anywhere in the United States. At hearings and trials, I would like to have my counselors present to help me with exhibits and other tasks in the courtrooms (we will have cases in Le Center, St. Peter, Minneapolis, and St. Paul, Minnesota, in Golden and Denver, Colorado, and in Washington D.C.).

I cannot pay you for your help or promise success in my family’s cases, but I can tell you that I am a very generous person and I can do whatever I wish with my portion of the settlements and jury awards, and I believe my children will do the same. Please let me know in the form below if you would like to work on my family’s cases.

I am also seeking volunteers to perform the above services in Pro Se Alliance’s cases, the first of which against Minnesota’s First Judicial District is currently being prepared. We will be requesting “Pro Se Counselor’s Fees and Costs” in all our lawsuits just like any attorney. Here again, volunteer as if there are no guarantees, but if we receive compensation, everyone who worked on the case will be paid for their time and reimbursed for their expenses. Please let us know in the form below if you would like to work on PSA’s cases.

I am also seeking directors for Pro Se Alliance and THE PEOPLE’S BRANCH, which will be set up at the same time.

If you can help with my family’s cases or PSA’s cases or would like to be a part of the founding or management of either nonprofit, please fill out the form below.
