What’s Going On At Child Protective Services?
Many are “blowing-the-whistle” on CPS:
Former Georgia Senator Nancy Schaefer worked tirelessly to expose CPS/Family Court corruption, up until her death in 2010. Nearly all of CPS’s victims, including the founder, and, now, millions of Americans and other concerned people around the globe, believe that Mrs. Schaefer and her husband were murdered by bureaucrats to shut her up about their corruption.
From YouTube videos of her speeches, we can gain enormous insight into the real purposes and powers behind CPS:
Here are a few of her quotes from the above speech:
“Confidentiality and secrecy in family court protect the wrong people.”
“The Department of Child Protective Services has become a protected empire built on taking children and separating families … and in nearly every state, I am convinced that there is no accountability in child protective services.”
“I have come to several conclusions … that poor parents, not always but often times, are targeted to lose their children because they do not have the where-with-all to hire an attorney and fight the system; that case workers and social workers are very often guilty of fraud, they withhold and destroy evidence, they fabricate evidence, and they seek to terminate parental rights unnecessarily; that the separation of the family and the snatching of children is growing, as the business grows, because state and local governments have grown accustomed to having these taxpayer dollars to balance their ever-growing budgets; that the bureaucracy is huge — look at who is getting paid: state employees, attorneys, court investigators, guardian ad litems, court personnel and judges, there are psychologists, therapists, psychiatrists, counselors, foster parents, adoptive parents, and on and on, all are looking to the children in state custody to provide job security; that the Adoption and Safe Families Acts, set in motion first in 1974 by Walter Mondale, and later in 1997 by president Bill Clinton, offered cash bonuses to the states for every child they adopted out of foster care. In order to receive the adoption-incentive bonuses, local child protective services would need more children; they must have merchandise that sells; and they must have plenty, so the buyer can choose. Some counties offer 4-to-6,000 dollars for each child adopted out to strangers, and an additional 2,000 for a special-needs child, employees work to keep the federal dollars flowing … As you can see, this program is offered from the very top, and is run by Health and Human Services; this is why victims of child protective services get no help from their state legislators; … that tax dollars are being used to keep this gigantic system afloat; … and that the National Center on Child Abuse and Neglect in 1998 reported that six times more children died in foster care than in the general public, and that once removed to official “safety,” these children are far more likely to suffer abuse, including sexual molestation, than in the general population. Think of what that number is today, ten years later.”
“Here are a couple of the recommendations on my list: Call for an independent audit of all state child protective services, and for a federal congressional hearing on child protective services; abolish the federal and state financial incentives that have turned child protective services into a business that separates families for money.”
“I have witnessed such injustice and harm brought to so many families, that I am not sure if reform of the system is even possible. The system cannot be trusted. It does not serve the people. It obliterates families and children simply because it has the power to do so … we must confront the fraud in child protective services. Child protective services seizes children using the very system that is paid for by the taxpayer, who actually believes it is used to protect abused and neglected children.”
“The bureaucracy of workers benefits financially by a system that converts children into cash, while destroying their families and their lives. No child that emerges from the system can ever be sound or whole; many disappear and never are ever heard from again.”
“What is happening in America regarding child protective services is a criminal-political-phenomenon, and it must be brought to an end.”
Here is another of her speeches, in two-parts:
It would be greatly appreciated if a member would transcribe the above speech, and send it to us so we can post it on this page. What is important to note here is that CPS is corrupt to its core (not that all its employees are in on the corruption). CPS is a criminal organization, designed to racketeer and commit other treasonous crimes. It is set up to steal from the American people, and over the past several decades, tens-of-billions of dollars have been stolen by the bureaucrats in control of CPS and distributed to special interests and cronies of the system. And the bureaucrats launder the money they steal by duping the public into believing that they are using taxpayer funds wisely to protect abused and neglected children.
You can learn more about the bureaucratic takeover of our government, our courts, our economy, our resources, and nearly every facet of our everyday lives, in the founder’s book — see the sidebar >>>.
CALL TO ACTION:
One of the Alliance’s missions will be to teach victims how to sue CPS for damages; and another mission will be to expose CPS corruption and other official misconduct, investigate it, and take whatever action necessary to end it.
The founder’s hope is that thousands of victims of CPS corruption will join the Alliance, will educate their families and friends as to what CPS is really doing, will seek out the children in their state who were kidnapped by CPS and forced to grow up without their parent(s), and will help spread the word and help grow the Alliance’s membership in their communities. Victims will have great ‘strength-in-numbers‘ if they band together on a common mission. Together, we can make an impact of how CPS operates in the future, if at all.
The founder will be pursuing his own case against CPS in Jefferson County, Colorado, will be inviting other victims to join him and help him, and will be posting his lawsuits and the outcomes in the members-only section of this website. Members will see how to build their own cases, and, when the Alliance has strength-in-numbers, will be able to take part if they wish in the Alliance’s lawsuits against the serial-offenders, the bureaucrats who are training them and encouraging them to cheat the system, and the officials who are knowingly looking the other way.
Our long-term goal should be to totally eradicate CPS corruption in the United States, and we can accomplish this by filing thousands of individual lawsuits and hundreds of high-profile lawsuits against this corrupt department of our government.
If you are a victim, become a member, follow the founder’s cases, and build your own case, as you learn about the law and how to exercise your rights. There will be easy-to-follow checklists, sample letters, and many other tools available to help you. And, as the Alliance grows, there will also be an ever-growing list of local volunteers to assist you in your pursuit of justice.
Do not be afraid. The law looks complicated, but it’s not, really, and it’s made to help victims, not bureaucrats! And we’re going to show you how to use it to get justice for yourself and for your loved ones.
Get fired up! Together, we will succeed!
