Pro Se Alliance

Membership Agreement / Terms & Conditions

Last updated and effective as of November 10, 2018

Welcome to Pro Se Alliance! We are happy to have you here and to be of service to you and your loved ones. Your alliance with our mission and our vision is very important to us. We will succeed if we work together under acceptable terms.

The simple terms and conditions of this Membership Agreement (the “Agreement”) govern membership in Pro Se Alliance, usage of our website(s), product purchases, services, and all other transactions and interactions. Pro Se Alliance, which includes its directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates and members, is referred to herein as “PSA,” “we,” “us,” “our,” “ours,” and the like. You are referred to herein as “you,” “your,” “yours,” “member,” and the like. Together, you and we are the “Alliance.”

By becoming a member, using our website, purchasing our products, utilizing our services, volunteering, or otherwise participating in the Alliance, you accept and agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

WHO WE ARE:

Pro Se Alliance is a nonprofit organization dedicated to ensuring justice for all Americans. We teach our members to act “pro se” (to represent themselves) in legal matters; we provide free services to the poor; we assist victims of injustice; we educate the public on “parental alienation” and other forms of child abuse and domestic violence, and we advocate for the prevention of cruelty to children and parents; and we expose, investigate and litigate official misconduct.

The Alliance will be made up of non-attorneys, victims of injustice, crime victims, parents, children, families, friends and relatives, patriots, wrongly disbarred attorneys, disgruntled government employees, groups, businesses, and many others in all walks of life, working together to ensure justice for Americans who are willing to learn, follow the law, be professional, be truthful, and take whatever lawful action necessary to obtain justice for ourselves and other members of the Alliance, for our families, for our communities, and for our nation.

We are funded primarily by membership fees, and also by donations of time and money, and sales of products and services. You can also support us by shopping at Amazon through AmazonSmile and in a variety of other ways; see our STORE page. We seek to build an Alliance of millions of like-minded Americans, to fulfill our mission, and, at the same time, to take back our courts and government offices from those using them to ripoff American taxpayers, and to oppress and discriminate against American citizens.

We can be reached by email at contact@prosealliance.org or by mail at P.O. Box 301, Madison Lake, MN 56063.

WHO WE ARE NOT:

We are not attorneys. We cannot represent you in your legal matter. We cannot render legal advice on the law or on the specifics of your case.

We are not anti-government. We are not unprofessional. We are not abusive with our actions. We are not, and have no intention to be, violent in any way.

We are not profane. We are not abusive with our words, written or spoken. We are not liars. We do not bear false witness. We are not unreasonable, vexatious, or frivolous.

MEMBERSHIP:

You can be part of the Alliance by paying the appropriate annual dues of membership in Pro Se Alliance.

When you become a member, you gain access to our various educational materials and products and services not available to the general public. Membership is intended for the People of the United States; however, we welcome people in foreign lands who have a good-faith interest in, or need for, our services. Annual membership fees are your annual dues to be part of the Alliance.

Types of Membership and Annual Dues:

Individual Membership – $59.95/year: Individual Members will have access to hidden, member-only content on our website, including “PSA Academy” and “Lessons” to help them represent themselves; will receive a telephone call to help them get started; will be able to contact PSA with questions not answered on our website; and will receive discounts on products and services and other perks along the way.

Family Membership – $99.95/year: Immediate Family Members (Mom, Dad, and children) will receive the same benefits as Individual Members.

Term of Membership:

The term of membership is one-year, expiring at midnight on the same date the following year.

Notice of expiration of your membership will be sent to your email address approximately 30-days prior to expiration. Your membership will automatically renew upon receipt of payment. If payment is not received by your anniversary date, your membership will be canceled. You may reopen a canceled membership at anytime by paying the annual fee for the current year and any unpaid previous years; however, your anniversary date will always remain the same.

Payment of Annual Dues:

Payments of annual membership dues by credit card or other acceptable electronic means will be processed by PayPal. Please refer to PayPal’s terms and conditions of payment during checkout. If you prefer to pay by mail, send your check or money order to Pro Se Alliance, P.O. Box 301, Madison Lake, MN 56063.

Refunds, Cancellation, and Other Terms and Conditions of Membership:

There are no refunds of membership dues. You may cancel your membership at any time by notifying us at members@prosealliance.org. Memberships are not transferable. Membership fees are subject to change without notice at our discretion.

USING OUR WEBSITE(S):

In addition to the terms and conditions herein, when using our website and its features, you agree to abide by any posted guidelines or rules, which may be modified from time to time without notice. All such guidelines or rules are hereby incorporated herein by reference.

Because our children, our members’ children, and children in general, will be encouraged to learn about justice and freedom and such on our website(s), we have one hard-and-fast rule that applies not only to the Alliance as a whole but also to all who visit and use our website(s): no profanity and no obscene or offensive language, pictures or other mediums.
