You be the Judge!
Due to continued negligence and “case fixing” against my family in Colorado’s First Judicial District (Jefferson County), I will be posting my facts and evidence ‘on the public record.’ Could you please help my family obtain proper investigations and other crime victim services to which we are entitled?
Here is a one-page overview of my family’s story.
Just read the facts and view the evidence for each alleged crime below, judge for yourself whether probable cause exists, and if you agree that it does please help us by signing the petition in each section, which will automatically send emails in support of my family to the authorities.
The first crime alleged is aggravated motor vehicle theft. In the future, there will be petitions for investigations into “parental alienation,” which is child abuse and domestic violence under certain circumstances according to Colorado law.
Thank you,

Aggravated Motor Vehicle Theft
Founder’s Facts:
As my wife “Jane” had secretly planned, in writing, years before, shortly after she filed for divorce in January 2005, she called 911 to have me falsely arrested, removed from our home and charged with domestic violence.
Despite at least 26 written requests during and after her divorce, Jane kept most of “my things,” see Exhibit CO-901, including my eight motor vehicles, with a fair market value at the time of approximately $33,250.00.
According to Colorado Revised Statute § 18-4-409:
(2) A person commits aggravated motor vehicle theft in the first degree if he or she knowingly obtains or exercises control over the motor vehicle of another without authorization or by threat or deception and:
(a) Retains possession or control of the motor vehicle for more than twenty-four hours; or …
(3) Aggravated motor vehicle theft in the first degree is a:
(a.5) Class 4 felony if the value of the motor vehicle or motor vehicles involved is twenty thousand dollars or more but less than one hundred thousand dollars; …
If you agree that probable cause exists to believe that I am a victim of aggravated motor vehicle theft, please “sign” the Petition below to Jefferson County Sheriff Jeff Shrader and District Attorney Peter Weir urging them to investigate and prosecute this crime. Thank you.
*Your petition on behalf of my family will be automatically emailed to both offices!
