TO THE PEOPLE of COLORADO:
This page is dedicated to exposing systemic governmental racketeering, theft and laundering of public funds, and outright treason taking place on a massive scale in Colorado.
My five children and I are victims of a “fixed” divorce in Jefferson County in 2005/2006 and a never-ending “crime spree” against our family in Colorado’s First Judicial District/Jefferson County. And as a result, we have been separated and cutoff from all communications with each other for over 10 years. I have done everything imaginable to stop the crime spree—I have filed over 700 court documents, I have written over 800 letters, and I have made (and recorded) over 900 telephone calls—but Jefferson County and Colorado officials have never helped us in any way, because, as you will hear and see below, they, including the county’s and state’s highest-authorities, have a lot to hide.
There is no need for me to belabor my points and arguments and claims on this page, as my documents and other forms of evidence speak for themselves. Besides, most of you already know, or can sense, that the wicked have risen to the top seats in our government—especially in Colorado—have taken over many (or most) of our state and federal courts and government offices and are operating them like a mafia, have taken over our public schools and our churches, are destroying the American family unit and chiseling away at our rights and liberties, are causing widespread division in our society, and have an agenda of control and domination and a plan to profit from all their hatred and evil.
I believe that to stop an EVIL this pervasive we need to assemble the GOOD—the GOOD journalists, the GOOD lawyers, the GOOD lawmakers, the GOOD law enforcers, and other GOOD officials and GOOD people in all walks of life in Colorado—to expose the evil, to take back our courts and government offices, to restore common sense and decency and the Rule of Law in Colorado, and to ensure the People of Colorado that no other Colorado family will be treated like mine by the State.
To accomplish this and to set an example for the rest of the nation, I seek GOOD reporters to fully expose the greatest scandal that has ever existed in Colorado; GOOD attorneys to pursue the protection and relief to which my children and I, and thousands of other victims of injustice, are entitled; GOOD judges and justices who aren’t afraid to dispense justice and set precedence for other victims of injustice; and GOOD people to help me spread the word nationwide, insist on an end to the governmental racketeering and money laundering taking place ‘under color of law’ in our country, and reform of the corrupt present system which allows it.

MY RECORDINGS OF THE JEFFCO-SHERIFF’S RESPONSES TO MY RECENT NOTICES TO JEFFCO-AUTHORITIES TO CEASE & DESIST FROM THEIR ILLEGAL FORECLOSURE ACTION (see below):
MY RECENT NOTICES TO OFFICIALS REGARDING THEIR ILLEGAL FORECLOSURE ACTION AGAINST MY FAMILY’S PAID OFF REAL ESTATE PROPERTY IN JEFFERSON COUNTY:
I had always respected courts and cops until “they”—the racketeers in Jefferson County—started showing their true colors in my ex-wife’s divorce (Colorado First Judicial District case 2005DR212). I had wondered, though, after Columbine, whether the rumors were true about the Jefferson County Sheriff, Denver-FBI, and other law enforcement standing down during the tragedy, whether Daniel Rohrbough was killed by police, and why there seemed to be a huge effort to cover up the event, keep the facts and evidence from the public, and prevent the suffering families of the slain from seeking relief in the courts or even finding out the truth about exactly what happened.
Now I wholeheartedly believe that many past and present sheriffs, agents, judges, commissioners, human service officials, and others, have a lot to hide and will do practically anything to cover up their crimes. I believe that deputy Paul Smoker and others stood down at Columbine and in my family’s case, that deputy “Jim Taylor” (former Arapahoe County 
Sheriff’s Deputy) did lie to Daniel Rohrbough’s parents about the death of their son, and that a coward in the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office impersonated “Jim Taylor” to make Jeff Shrader’s threats against me.
I believe that I can also convincingly prove that, under the leadership of Ted Mink and Jeff Shrader, the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Department has become a criminal organization, and, like the county’s Child Support Services and Child Protective Services, plays a key role in extorting millions each year from noncustodial parents, criminal defendants, the elderly and their families through the probate courts, the poor through dependency and neglect cases, and other victims of injustice; and when victims like me complain to the courts or report the “case fixing” and other crimes to the authorities, we are often treated to more abuse, as you can clearly hear for yourself.
I am now accusing Jeff Shrader, Paul Smoker, and “Jim Taylor” of state and federal conspiracies (C.R.S. § 18-2-201 and 18 U.S.C. § 241), ‘deprivation of rights under color of law’ (18 U.S.C. § 242), ‘misprision of felony’ (18 U.S.C. § 4), ‘first degree official misconduct’ (C.R.S. § 18-8-404), ‘criminal extortion’ (C.R.S. § 18-3-207) and other crimes in the CFJD’s racketeering and money laundering operation (C.R.S. §§ 18-17-101 to 18-17-109), and state and federal treason (C.R.S. § 18-11-101 & 18 U.S.C. § 2381).
Call to Action:
On behalf of my five children, myself, and likely hundreds if not thousands of other neglected crime victims in Jefferson County Colorado, I ask that you join me in demanding the resignations of Sheriff Jeff Shrader, Sergeant Paul Smoker, and the traitor impersonating “Jim Taylor,” by doing the following:

If justice is fully and finally served, the various parts of my petition for review should bring about much needed precedence in several different subject matters for other victims of “case fixing,” racketeering, and other treasonous crimes in Colorado; should result in several removals from office and from the bench; should result in the impeachment and disbarment of several judges and attorneys; and should result in several arrests.
